Frequently Asked Questions

Every piece is individually handmade by Sana from start to finish. I use a combination of techniques: throwing on the potters wheel, handbuilding, stamping, and carving. No two pieces are exactly alike and it is these subtle variations that make handmade pottery unique treasures.
All pieces are made from stoneware and finished with lead-free, non-toxic, and food safe glazes.
I do my best to represent each piece as accurately as possible, but if you’re not satisfied please let me know.
All dimensions are approximate.

I use a combination of plants grown in my garden, around my home, or beans and peas from the African grocery store. I harvest sparingly to reduce stress on the plants. All botanicals are composted after use.
-
My ceramics are food safe, microwave & dishwasher safe. Because they are handmade, handwashing is preferred.

All sales are final. I do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations, but please contact me if there are any problems with your order. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

I take great care in packing your order, but if an item arrives broken, I want to make it right as quickly as possible.
